About Our Attorneys

Attorney Marshall S. Weaver was raised in Hemingway, South Carolina, where he attended both Pleasant Hill and Hemingway Public school systems and graduated from Hemingway High School in 1993. Upon graduation from High School, Attorney Weaver Joined the United States Army where he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and served honorably for 7 years. Following receipt of an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, Attorney Weaver attained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University.

Attorney Weaver subsequently attended the Charleston School of Law from which he graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree. Upon graduation from the Charleston School of Law, Attorney Weaver worked as a Law Clerk for the 12th Judicial Circuit Court. Upon completion of his obligation as Law Clerk, Attorney Weaver practiced law in Sumter, South Carolina, in the areas of: Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Criminal Defense. Attorney Weaver has now become the owner of The Weaver Law Firm and currently practices in the areas of: Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Civil Litigation, Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Criminal Defense. Attorney Weaver has a beautiful wife, two strong sons, two amazing daughters, and is a member of Jerusalem A.M.E. Church in Hemingway, SC. The office looks forward to working with you.
